Last Updated: March 2026. This document outlines the forensic-grade data handling and privacy standards for the EasyWorth intelligence suite.

Encrypted Extraction

All utility invoices and zoning documents uploaded to our system are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and processed in isolated compute environments.

Anonymized Analysis

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is automatically redacted during the AI vectorization process to ensure compliance with SOC-2 standards.

1. Data Sovereignty

EasyWorth Technologies, Inc. (doing business as EasyWorth) maintains a strict policy of data sovereignty. Your property data, utility consumption patterns, and tariff classifications remain your intellectual property. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your operational data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

2. Forensic Audit Logs

Every interaction with the Gemini Forensic Engine is logged for security auditing purposes. These logs include the timestamp, the governing legislative code referenced (e.g., HB 1389), and the resulting delta calculation. These logs are stored for 36 months in accordance with federal tax recovery statutes.

3. AI Training Disclosure

While we utilize advanced AI models to provide high-precision audits, your private documents are NOT used to train global public models. We utilize private VPC-hosted instances of Gemini to ensure your proprietary information never leaves our secure perimeter.

EasyWorth Compliance Office

1. Liability cap: EasyWorth's total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2. No outcome guarantee: EasyWorth does not guarantee any specific legal, regulatory, or financial outcome. Evidentiary weight and admissibility of any certificate is determined solely by the applicable legal or regulatory proceeding.

3. Not a law firm: EasyWorth, Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

4. Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EasyWorth, Inc. from any claims arising out of client's use of EasyWorth documentation in any legal proceeding.

5. Consequential damages waived: In no event shall EasyWorth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business interruption.

6. Governing law and arbitration: This agreement is governed by North Carolina law. All disputes resolved exclusively through AAA arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Jury trial waived.
