1. Immutable Event Logging
Every forensic audit—whether for zoning density, utility surcharges, or customs duty recovery—is captured in an immutable event log. This ensures that the evidence provided for appeals and filings is backed by a verifiable record of the analysis phase.
2. User Accessibility
Enterprise users can access their dedicated Audit Log via the "Audit Dashboard". This allows for full transparency into which team members initiated scans, what documents were uploaded, and the resulting financial capture estimates.
3. Retention & Deletion
Logs are retained for a minimum of 3 years to support legal and tax compliance requirements. After this period, logs are securely purged unless a specific retention hold has been requested by the account owner.
