How It Works

Deterministic verification.
Not probabilistic guesswork.

EasyWorth's engine runs every entry through four verification layers and produces a binary determination — eligible or not — sealed with cryptographic certainty. No guessing. Just proof.

01

Identity Verification

Before processing any transaction, we verify the absolute identity of all parties involved. This layer confirms the entity named on the entry actually produced the declared goods at the declared volume during the declared period.

  • Live OFAC & FMCSA active-status checks
  • Entity footprint and operational capacity matching
  • Blacklist and sanction interdiction screening
02

Transaction Consistency

Our engine cross-checks the invoice, packing list, CBP Form 7501, and HTS classification codes for internal consistency and market-rate accuracy. Any deviation triggers an immediate compliance alert.

  • HTSUS code validation against product descriptions
  • Declared value benchmarking against HTS market data
  • CBP Form 7501 structural integrity checks
03

Shipment Tracking

We validate that the physical cargo moved exactly as declared. The route, timeline, container seal integrity, and carrier identity are verified against port authority, black box, and carrier records.

  • Port-to-door physical movement timestamping
  • Vehicle-level operational verification
  • Carrier identity physical verification
04

Cryptographic Certification

Upon successful validation across all layers, the engine issues a cryptographically sealed Montgomery Compliance Certificate. It is court-ready, tamper-proof, and timestamped at the exact moment of generation.

  • SHA-256 sealed audit packages
  • CBP CAPE-ready documentation format
  • Immutable pre-litigation defense records

The resulting certificate meets the reasonable care standard established in Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II
